This includes our preference for low-moisture cleaning techniques for carpets and upholstery, positive pressure cleaning for ductwork, and natural-based sanitizers. Our aim is to provide effective cleaning that’s better for your health and the environment. In full disclosure, there are some specialty spot removing products we use for spots that aren't removed by our green cleaning agents that do not fall with the eco-friendly category. Only used for special spots and stains, and we inform the homeowner when using these stronger products.
How long does it typically take carpets to dry after cleaning?
We take every measure to minimize dry times, however, this can vary due to a number of factors including: type of carpet, condition of carpet, airflow to the specific area, additional air flow components, proper HVAC settings, and atmospheric conditions. Ideally, the goal is 1-2 hours but we always suggest allowing 8 hours for the process to complete.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Most homes benefit from carpet cleaning every 6 to 12 months, depending on foot traffic, pets, and lifestyle habits. Many major carpet manufacturers require cleaning every 18 months simply to stay within their provided warranty.
How much do your cleaning services cost?
Our minimum service charge is $175. For exact pricing based on your home’s needs, simply call or text us, since our services vary a little due to most homes are not the exact same.
What can I do to prepare before having your cleaning services?
We ask that most items are moved from the area to be cleaned if you are wanting under the items cleaned. We can moved some items if discussed ahead of time for an additional fee (we are not professional movers. Also, we ask any pets are put away or locked up safely as to not cause an issue when cleaning or sneak out an opened door. Finally, we ask you to sweep or vacuum any areas that will be cleaned.

Yes, we guarantee that you will receive and exceptional experience when hiring EnviroPURE Cleaning Professionals and will always stand behind our work. If there are ever any questions or concerns after the project is complete, we encourage immediate communication so that we can return and rectify the situation.

No, you are welcome to come and go as you please. We just ask that the customer provides lock up instructions and is available to remit payment when job is complete or left payment info before leaving.

What forms of payment do you accept and when is payment due?
We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Also payment is due immediately upon job completion.
